Because our products are delivered digitally and downloadable immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final. If you believe there is a problem with your order — a broken download link, the wrong file, or a technical issue — please contact us within 14 days at hello@rnrogerthat.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

We do not typically issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
