I'm Roger — an experienced registered nurse, entrepreneur and digital-product creator. My work has spanned multiple clinical environments, and outside the hospital I'm a husband and father who understands the pressure of balancing healthcare work, family responsibilities and financial planning.
RNRogerthat exists because I kept seeing the same gap — between what school and orientation programs teach, and what a real shift or a real caregiving week demands. Between the discharge instructions a family gets, and the systems they actually need to keep everything straight at home.
Every resource here is built from that experience. No fluff, no exaggerated claims, no gimmicks — just practical tools designed to make a hard job a little more manageable.
